Aerobics Exercise
Aerobics Exercise
Aerobic exercise is a cardiovascular exercise that involves continuous rhythmic activity and brings large muscles in
working. In this exercise the lungs start working harder as the need of oxygen
supply increases in the body.
It helps in burning body fats faster than any other exercise.
This is a complete fitness exercise. It is a group exercise performed
with background music under the directions of an instructor.
Aerobic exercises increase your energy levels, these exercises help in releasing stress and tension, your heart and lungs start working efficiently.

Aerobic exercises also reduce the
risk of heart attack and stroke.
The idea of aerobic exercises was first brought in by Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper who worked in San Antonio air force hospital in Texas. Later in 1968 with respect to the aerobic exercise, a person called Jackie Sorenson developed a series of dance routines to help improve cardiovascular fitness. So in this way aerobic dances and other exercises came into existence and gradually spread among the masses not only in the United States but in many other countries just in two decades.
Jogging, running or going out for a bike ride are all good forms of aerobic exercise.

Swimming is also a very effective cardiovascular activity.
However when you need to lose weight fast you go for weight training. But the problem is that you cannot do weight training and aerobics simultaneously as it needs more time and will create difficulty too. The solution to this problem is usage of aerobic weights. There are two types, which are wrist weights and ankle weights. These weights can be used in many ways and become helpful in losing weight and that too in very short time.
Using wrist ankle weights is very easy but you need to be careful otherwise it might result in a bad injury. Firstly attach them properly and then check for they should neither be tight nor very loose that they slip off. Second step towards aerobic weight exercise is to warm up. You should feel comfortable enough. If you feel any pain in your neck, back or any other kind of pain due to the weights take them off immediately.
You can walk, run, jog and swim wearing soft wrist ankle weights.

Impact Aerobic Exercises
impact exercises are those where both feet are
periodically off the ground at the same time.
These tend to
be high-intensity forms of exercise that can be more stressful to the bones and
joints.
If you don't have injuries that could prevent you from
performing this type of exercise, you may actually be able to burn calories at
a higher rate while also challenging your cardiovascular system.
